Hola, después de buscar mucho y ver muchas opciones, no encontrábamos un estor que nos gustase y con la idea que teníamos en mente para un ventanal grande, así que creamos nosotros la imagen y lo pedimos a medida a tenvinilo. Tras pedirlo, vimos que en el ejemplo de cómo quedaría se cortaba parte de la imagen, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y nos lo arreglaron enseguida sin coste adicional, ajustaron la imagen y el estor ha quedado de maravilla, estamos encantados

2. How do I measure the size of the blinds I need?

Measuring like a pro is easy! Follow these two simple methods based on how you want to install them: Wall or Ceiling Installation (Outside the Recess): Measure the width and height of your window and add 5 cm to each side. For example, if your window is 100 cm x 180 cm, you should order a blind that is 110 cm x 190 cm for perfect coverage. Hollow Installation (Inside the Recess): Measure the exact width of the window opening and subtract 5 mm. If your opening is 100 cm wide, order a 99.5 cm width to ensure it fits snugly and moves smoothly.

3. What are the installation requirements for the roller blinds?

Yes, for our standard high-durability roller blinds, a drill is necessary to ensure a secure and long-lasting fit. Installation is a breeze (just two clicks!): 1. Mark your bracket points with a pencil (ensure they are level). 2. Drill the holes and insert the provided plugs. 3. Screw the brackets in and simply click your pre-assembled roller blind into the notches.

4. How long does delivery take?

We know you’re excited to transform your home! We work efficiently so that you can enjoy your decorations as quickly as possible. Production usually takes 2–3 working days after order confirmation. After manufacturing, shipping takes place within 5–7 days. You will receive a tracking number from us. If you would like to speed up production, select the "Priority Service" option in the shopping cart. With this service, the production time is reduced to 24 hours. For orders outside of Europe, the delivery time is 14 working days.

5. What kind of fabric do you offer?

We offer three premium, high-tech fabrics to suit your needs: Screen (Voile): Perfect for shops or high floors. It lets light in and allows you to see outside while protecting your privacy. Translucent (Light Filtering): This 100% polyester fabric filters the light beautifully for a soft glow, providing full privacy without darkening the room. Blackout: Ideal for bedrooms or media rooms. It completely blocks out light and visibility for maximum comfort. All our fabrics are fire-resistant, UV-filtering, and antimicrobial.

6. Can I return or exchange my personalized roller blinds?

Because each of our blinds is 100% custom-made to your specific measurements and design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

7. How will the lighting in my room affect the colors of my roller blinds?

Lighting plays a big role in interior design! Natural Light: Will make the colors appear more vibrant and true to life. Warm Artificial Light: May give the colors a slightly yellowish or cozy tint. Cool Artificial Light: Can make colors look more blue or modern. Our Translucent fabrics will glow with the color of the print when the sun shines through, while Blackout fabrics maintain their color consistency regardless of the light outside.

8. Should I choose to have the control chain on the left or the right side?

This is all about your comfort and the layout of your room! Accessibility: Choose the side that is easiest to reach without being blocked by furniture (like a desk or a bed). Obstructions: If you have a window handle on the right, you might prefer the chain on the left to avoid tangling. Handedness: Most people choose their dominant hand side for ease of use, but at Tenstickers, the choice is entirely yours!

9. How much do custom roller blinds cost?

The price of your bespoke blinds depends entirely on your specific dimensions and chosen fabric. Because every piece is made-to-measure, there is no one-size-fits-all price.
