Explanation of measurements: width indicates the horizontal dimension of the carpet or vinyl, while height refers to the vertical dimension

Non-slip product: rests or adheres to the floor by friction (thanks to the rubber or PVC base), preventing it from sliding

Easy to clean: can be cleaned with a damp mop, robot vacuum, vacuum cleaner (suction only, no brushes), soft cloth or mop at maximum 28-30ºC (do not use harsh products or scrubbers)

Waterproof product: non-porous PVC

You will receive your vinyl rug carefully rolled and secured with a protective tape to prevent it from unrolling too early. It will be packed inside a sturdy cardboard tube, which protects it during shipping. The tube has a cap fastened with staples, which you should remove before taking out the rug.

Usage and maintenance instructions are available on our website. Additionally, along with the product, you will receive a QR code on the packaging that will take you directly to them.

Tenvinilo’s premium quality vinyl rugs require the same maintenance as any parquet or floor: you can sweep, scrub or mop them without any problems.

Recommendations for use:

Vinyl rugs have many decorative uses, and will look great in any room, however we recommend you place them in areas where abrasion is regular for consistent durability. Ensure they are always dry to avoid slipping. We don't want you to hurt yourself!

Installation:

There is no problem placing furniture or objects on the vinyl rugs, try to make them as well protected as possible, as it will help to keep the product in good condition and ensure greater durability. For example, if you are going to place it under a chair, table or sofa, protect the furniture with felt padding/floor protector pads.

If you want to move the furniture,we recommend lifting it to avoid damaging the vinyl rug or the floor underneath.

The carpet is immovable, non-slip and will be safely rooted, however if you desire better support, we recommend applying double-sided tape on the back. No one will be able to move it!

Maintenance

Clean using a damp cloth with some water and neutral soap. Avoid abrasive products such as alcohol, bleach, ammonia or similar products.

Are you moving or do you want to scrub the floor beneath? Keep the carpet flat or rolled to keep it in perfect condition.

Ho acquistato una passatoia in vinile con le tovagliette americane coordinate. Avevo letto molte recensioni poco positive sia sul servizio che sul prodotto ma devo dire che nel mio caso sono stata molto soddisfatta. Ho mandato due email al servizio clienti in inglese ed in spagnolo per chiedere alcuni chiarimenti sulla spedizione e mi hanno risposto subito ad entrambe le email. Mi sono arrivate mail di notifica dello stato di avanzamento del mio lavoro, ed il mio pacco è arrivato in meno di una settimana. Il tappeto era esattamente come nell'immagine. La qualità di stampa e la risoluzione è molto buona a mio avviso, migliore di quella di un altro tappeto in vinile che già avevo. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare per migliorare il servizio è quello di trovare un modo che assicuri a chi ordina un tappeto di grandi misure di ricevere sempre il prodotto in un pezzo unico perchè non ha molto senso che nel selezionare la modalità di spedizione ci si trovi una piccola nota con l'asterisco
